Women in Animacam: Maribel Martínez

Maribel Martínez Galindo was born in Mexico D.F. He began her graphics career in the editorial world. She currently works as creative director in the area of animation and television post-Contacto within the image area Televisa, where the group in charge had won eighteen awards Promax (Promotion and Marketing) and BDA (Broadcast Design Association), plus Cordova festival Animacor 2008 Best Television Series and the Grand Prix of New York Animation Film Festival. His work was published in several books and magazines in design and creativity.

The Mexican author presented at the Second Edition of Animacam, an advertising campaign of seven TV spots, such as promotion of culture and Latin American literature: Imaginantes. Under the theme A Guideline for the imagination, in each capsule is talk of a great author (including Octavio Paz and José Luis Borges) or any of their works. Showing the time or key idea that inspired and relating it to the times we live in the most common of human beings.
